We are a group of businessmen, each of whom brings essential project experience, who come together to work on alternative energy solutions.

Company founder, Matti T. Ripatti, Janesville, California, has been in the alternative energy business since 1983. As the developer of three geothermal projects in Northern California, he was the first individual to negotiate a power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric. For the past 23 years, he has been selling electricity to one of the world's largest power companies! Matti is an inventor, an entrepreneur, an accomplished agribusiness expert, an outdoorsman and most importantly, a family man who, with his wife Paula, has raised three beautiful children.

A native of Finland, Matti returns often and is on a first-name basis with the cutting-edge alternative energy giants that are headquartered there.

Vice President, Sales and Project Development, Philip C. Redman, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has 30 years experience as a business executive managing every facet of multiple projects including significant experience with heavy industrial projects along the petrochemical belt from Houston to Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Brian A. Morrison is a managing partner of Morrison and Kibbey, Ltd., New York, New York. Brian has been instrumental in arranging financing of hundreds of energy projects.

Legal Representation: David C. Spielberg is a partner with Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, San Francisco, California, specializing in energy, utility and infrastructure law.

The Ripatti Group currently has alternative energy projects pending in Indiana, Nevada and Alaska.
